Can customers quickly figure out what you do and request an estimate?

Open your website on your phone and work through these checks. This is a practical review checklist, not a guarantee of Google rankings or sales.

1. Make your service and location clear

Can a new visitor identify your trade, the jobs you handle and the areas you serve without hunting through the menu? Use the words your customers use when describing the work they need.

2. Give customers an easy way to contact you

Put a clear phone option and estimate request near the information people use to decide. Check that the phone option works on a real phone.

3. Check the whole inquiry process

Ask for enough information to understand the job without making the form unnecessarily long. On your own website, confirm that a submitted inquiry reaches the right inbox and that the customer sees a useful confirmation.

4. Explain your main services

A visitor seeking roof repair should be able to find roof repair information. Give important services their own useful pages when you have enough distinct information, and link to them from the relevant content.

5. Show work that matches the jobs you want

Use genuine project photos and short explanations of the work. Make it easy for a visitor to find examples relevant to the service they are considering.

6. Make your trust signals understandable

Show customer feedback with a clear source. Describe licenses, insurance or other credentials accurately where relevant. Replace vague claims with details a customer can understand.

7. Set expectations after someone contacts you

Tell customers what happens next. Use a response time your business can actually meet, and make responsibility for responding clear.

8. Measure inquiries and completed sales separately

Track successful inquiry submissions and where visitors came from. A click on a quote button is not the same as a received inquiry, and an inquiry is not the same as a paid job.
